The Ventana Room
From the tiered dining room on the second floor of Loews Ventana Resort, you can look out over the valley and city. Upscale sophistication characterizes the space, which incorporates tables draped in Italian linen and comfortable armchairs. Chef Trosch's exquisite degustation menu ($75-$105) lists beautifully presented seasonal specialties and signature desserts.
